Fenerbahçe Society

Terms of Use

Last updated September 28, 2026

These terms cover your use of the Fenerbahçe Society app. By creating an account you agree to them.

Your account

You need a valid email address and must be at least 13 years old. Keep your account to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under it.

One account per person. Accounts created to impersonate someone else will be removed.

The app is free

The app is free to download and free to use. Nothing is sold in it: there are no in-app purchases and no subscription.

Society membership is separate

Society membership is membership of the California Fenerbahçe Society itself. You can apply for it in the app; the Society's board decides every application, and membership can be ended if these terms are broken. Nothing about membership is bought or paid for inside the app.

Members are admitted to member-only events, carry a digital membership card to show at the door, and receive offers from partner businesses.

How to behave

Post as you would speak in the stands with your family present. No harassment, hate speech, threats, sexual content, spam or illegal material.

Do not post other people's private information, and do not post photos of people who have asked you not to.

Do not attempt to manipulate Fan Score, attendance, check-ins, votes or predictions, and do not attempt to access other members' data.

We may hide content, suspend an account or end access when these rules are broken. Serious cases are reported to the authorities.

Your content

What you post stays yours. You give the Society permission to show it inside the app and, for event photos, in Society recaps of that event.

You can delete your posts at any time. Copies may remain in backups for a short period.

Events and check-in

Events are organised by the Society. RSVP is a commitment to a limited number of places, so cancel if your plans change.

Check-in QR codes are personal and time-limited. Sharing one is a breach of these terms.

The Society is not responsible for venues it does not own, and attendance is at your own risk.

Not affiliated with the club

Fenerbahçe Society is the app of the California Fenerbahçe Society, an independent supporters' association.

It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to Fenerbahçe Spor Kulübü. It does not speak for the club, and the app is not an official club product. Club names, crests and marks belong to their owners.

Availability and liability

The app is provided as it is. We work to keep it running but cannot promise it will always be available or error-free.

The app is provided free of charge and as it is. To the fullest extent the law allows, the Society is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of it.

Changes and contact

We will tell you in the app before material changes to these terms take effect. Continuing to use the app after that means you accept them.
